My passion is sharing the gift of meditation. My courses and classes are predominantly online for the time being – all are welcome, wherever you happen to be! I also coach individually and corporates, and may be available both online and in-person.
Courses & Classes
Most of my classes are open to all, whatever your skill and experience – we’ll find a way to adapt to whatever is most needed for you to experience meditation.


Guided Meditation
For the times when you simply want to unwind with guided relaxation or allow someone to lead you through a meditation practice. I have a number of key recordings to share with you in the quiet space library – available soon for you to purchase and download to your phone, to listen to in your own time, wherever you may be – on the tube, on a plane, or simply in your meditation space at home.
Vishoka Meditation
For a deeper-dive into the techniques of meditation, for those who would like to develop a personal practice, I also teach the Vishoka Meditation system, so that you have all the tools you need to manage your personal meditation practice.


Corporate
Winnie is available to partner with Corporates to create appropriately non-denominational meditation sessions for busy executives who are looking for quiet space – a time to pause and collect, before returning to the fray.
Individuals
For those with specific needs, or who prefer to practice privately, Winnie is available for 1:1 sessions, either as a one-off, or over a specific period of time. She is dedicated to empowering her clients, co-creating a personal practice that works for the lives her clients live.


Consulting
Winnie is available for a select number of consulting engagements relating to well-being, yoga and meditation.
