Vishoka Meditation

Life is too short to be unhappy.

Imagine a life free from pain and sorrow, infused with joy and tranquillity.

“Vishoka Meditation is the legacy of a long line of masters who realized that transcending pain and sorrow is crucial to finding lasting happiness.”

Pandit Rajmani Tigunait

This state was known to ancient yogis as Vishoka Meditation:

vi – free from or transcending

shoka – fear, pain, sorrow and grief.

A state that transcends fear, pain and sorrow and grief – something we all need in this world, more than ever.

It is within our reach, and the key is a precise set of techniques to unite mind and breath to turn inward, allowing us to heal and rejuvenate at our most fundamental levels of being.  Vishoka Meditation is a system of practice grounded in the authentic and ancient living wisdom of the sages, as practised by Buddha, Patanjali and other masters over thousands of years.  It has now been distilled for modern-day practitioners by Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, PhD, a modern-day master, and spiritual head of the Himalayan Institute.

Vishoka Meditation guides mind and awareness inward, granting us access to our rich and nourishing inner world.  The techniques are based on the simple premise of managing breath, learning to methodically relax, and connect with our awareness to the state of meditation, accessing our rich and joyful inner world. This practice is accessible for all, and I would be delighted to share this gift with you.
